Campsites: The camper or campsite can only be used by the registered camper. You can in no way rent, sell or sublet your camper to anyone. You are a renter of the land only. If you sell your camper the balance of your lease cannot be transferred to the party purchasing your camper. The purchasing party is treated as a new renter and must be approved by the campgrounds. If your camper is sold and not replaced with another camper or if you vacate the site for more than 10 days without notifying the campground owners the site reverts back to the campgrounds and the rental agreement is terminated without refund. Any and all property left on site will be disposed of in 10 days without further notice to the camper. All sites will be kept neat and clean at all times. Campers must be at least 15 feet from all other campers or buildings. Lawns must be kept mowed , if we have to mow your lot there will be a $10.00 fee charged. Firewood must be kept stacked neat and orderly. All garbage, debris and any other unsightly items must be contained at all times. No fires are permitted outside a fire ring at any time. Only burnable items can be put in the fire ring. Absolutely No Cans Or Bottles are permitted in the fire rings at any time. All fires must be kept under control and extinguished before retiring for the night. Never leave fires unattended. All electrical cords must be safe of any defects and secured properly to all outlets. All sewer hoses must be securely fastened and sealed into the blue boys at all times. If the campground is sited for any of these violations by the health dept. you will be given one warning to correct the problem. Failure to do so within the amount of time stated by the owner will result in immediate eviction from the campground without reimbursement. Any damage to the campground including cutting or defacing of any trees or any other campground property caused by the camper, family, friends or guest of the camper is prohibited without permission. Failure to correct, replace or pay for damages will result in termination from the campground. You must have permission to do any changes to your site. Most of our utilities are underground, do not dig without permission. Most camp sites allow enough parking for 2 vehicles; all others must be parked in the overflow lot in front of the store and playground. Do not park on other lots. Only one 2 man pup tent is permitted per lot, all others must be reported and charged accordingly. No large outside refrigerators are permitted, Small dorm style only. All extra refrigerators must be kept in a shed and reported on the contract. The speed limit in the camp is 5 mph at all times. No four-wheelers are allowed in the campground. The camper agrees to abide by all rules and regulation stated or posted set forth by the owners or any lawful agencies. The owners reserves the right to evict and terminate anyone who breaks the rules, participates in illegal activities, or is otherwise offensive, immediately without reimbursement.

Golf Carts: All golf carts must be insured and a copy provided to the owners. All carts must be equipped with lights to be driven after dark. No hand held lights are permitted. All carts must have at least 3" Lot Numbers placed on the front and back of the cart. No children under the age of 12 can operate the cart without an adult. Campers are responsible at all times for anyone driving their golf cart. All carts must be parked by midnight, unless otherwise stated. All carts must stay on the road ways or parking areas, and follow all rules and signs set forth for all vehicles. Speed limit at all times 5mph. No speeding or racing of any kind. No overloading of any carts. No standing or riding on the hood. Violators will lose their golf cart privileges and may be evicted from the campground without reimbursement.

Other: Guest invited or not is the responsibility of the registered camper. Guest must pay to swim fish or camp with you. Guest cannot use your camper in your absence. Speed limit inside the camp is 5mph at all times. Quiet time is 12:00 midnight. Pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after and never unattended. No pets are permitted on the beach. All types of firearms, hunting or dangerous weapons of any type are prohibited. Alcohol is permitted, as long as no one becomes offensive, abusive, uses profanity or immoral conduct towards any other person. No alcohol is permitted on the beach. No one is permitted on the beach or in the playground after dark. Additional rules are posted at the playground. All bikes must have a mounted light to be rode after dark. All children under the age of 18 must be on their lot or with an adult by 11:00pm. Registered campers are responsible for the child and his/her conduct at all times.

Swimming Area: You must be a registered camper or have a swimming band. The lifeguard must be obeyed at all times. No children under the age of 10 without an adult. No alcohol. No pets. No pushing, fighting or swearing. Only one person on the slide at a time. All children must pass a swim test to go to the island. Breaking the rules can result in losing beach privileges all season. Fishing Area: Must be a registered camper or have a fishing band. No swimming in the pond. No littering. No boats. Never leave small children unattended. All bass must be returned to the pond.
